Mission:Design and execute marketing and sales plans in order to increase turnover and prepare market research and demand analysis.
To design and supervise the execution of studies applied to market research, establishing guidelines and necessary means for their execution, in order to carry out the adequate commercialization of the group's products and services.
- To update the portfolio of products and services for their implementation in the sales network, in order to contribute to improve their positioning in the market.
Identify and propose the most appropriate distribution channels to be used for each product or service, ensuring their use and efficiency in order to facilitate the purchase.- Identify the key customer accounts of the business, in order to establish the commercial action strategy to improve customer relations and increase profitability.
Supervise the execution of planned business operations during the provision of services, ensuring that they are in accordance with established procedures, in order to guarantee their efficiency.
- Supervise after-sales service and customer service by applying established procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and a high level of customer loyalty.
Analyze and determine demand patterns and service utilization levels, proposing modifications to the service plan and tariff strategy to increase revenues.- Analyzing, controlling and following up on complaints, as well as proposing and implementing the corresponding improvement actions to improve service.
Update and monitor the tariff policy.
