Job Description:

Assist Chef de Partie in food preparation and presentation.

Manage specific tasks within the kitchen station.

Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Support in training and supervising junior staff.

Contribute to menu development under supervision and safety standards of UAE Health and Safety Regulations

Qualifications:

At least 1-year experience in FNB industry
