Qualifications :
- At least a Degree in Engineering or in a related field is required.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in product or project management.
- Fresh graduates with good result can be consider for this position
Other Requirements :
- Strong in organizational, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and good communication skills to liaise between different departments/groups.
- An excellent work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and good team player
- Ability to work with various senior stakeholders.
Job Descriptions :
- Demo management to ensure meeting demo inventory target
- Optimize demo management process and digital transformation for demo inventory analytics
- Drive the demo capitalization and demo planning for NPI
- Demo utilization and demo expense tracking
- Identifies, analyzes, and documents business requirements and improve demo management process
- Strong technical skills, business intelligence, and a full understanding of the needs of the stakeholders
- Studies operational and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
