Deputy Manager Logistics

Oversee the daily operations and management of logistics activities.

Manage logistics processes, including customs clearance, inland transportation, and third-party services.

Evaluate, onboard, and assess logistics suppliers to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Develop and optimize logistics transportation solutions to meet operational needs.

Monitor daily logistics system operations, addressing irregularities and ensuring smooth functionality.

Resolve unexpected challenges in customs clearance and transshipment processes.

Collaborate on customs and tax-related tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy in import declarations, with a focus on optimized import solutions.

Design and implement regional logistics network plans, identifying optimal pricing and logistics routes.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, International Trade, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in international logistics, with a focus on Saudi Arabia.

Expertise:

• Proficiency in customs clearance, transshipment, and international trade processes.
• Familiarity with Saudi customs regulations and logistics operations.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk control and data analysis.
• Excellent planning, execution, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and mastery of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
