Responsible for developing marketing and communication strategies for the company
Responsible for developing yearly activity calendar with related KPIs
Deploy successful marketing campaigns on different marketing channels (print radio digital etc.)
Responsible for developing and managing the corporate website
Responsible for doing market analysis reports
Responsible for product marketing activities to maintain the model s competitiveness and profitability in the market
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Manage the marketing budget efficiently to achieve the company s targets
Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against targets
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
Responsible for managing the CRM and call center activities
Responsible for managing the customer service agents in all our showrooms
Responsible for developing and measuring lead management and generating reports to reflect the performance.
