JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title

: ARCHITECT / DESIGNER

Company: Global Sport Gate

Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Position Summary :

- Responsible for the creation of all Architectural & Designing of project activities of the Company

: Essential Duties & Responsibilities.

- Create designs and detailed drawings both by hand and by using computer-

aided design (CAD) applications as per the business requirement of the Company

- Work around constraining factors such as Municipality & Civil Defence

- legislation and project budget, etc

Coordinate with Engineering office to prepare the final construction drawings related to the projects

- Apply for all required approvals from Municipality, civil Defence, SCECO, etc

after receipt of the drawings from the Engineering office.

- Prepare specitication and the requirements for the projects

- Adopt the plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction

- Involve in the management of the projects by providing all required support
