Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural designs that meet client requirements, project budgets, and relevant building codes.
- Prepare and refine design documents, including sketches, floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models.
- Perform space planning and ensure efficient functional layouts for various projects.
- Research latest architecture trends and technologies
- Provide innovative solutions to complex architecture designs
- Develop detailed construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications, and technical schedules.
- Research and select appropriate building materials and finishes, considering aesthetics, budget, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with other disciplines (structural engineers, MEP engineers) to ensure technical coordination and design integration.
- Ensure applicability of designs and designs abide to relevant codes and regulations.
- Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to clients, stakeholders, and consultants, adapting presentations to different audiences.
- Incorporate client feedback and address design concerns during the design development process.
- Prepare professional presentations and visual aids to showcase design proposals.
- Assist with project management tasks, including schedule tracking, material sourcing, and cost estimation.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Attending client meetings and site visits as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in architecture or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with experience in the commercial or residential sector.
Strong proficiency in architectural design & rendering software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds max, VRay, Corona, Rhino, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a challenging environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design and construction documents.
Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
Passion for sustainability and environmentally responsible design principles.
Fluent English
