Job Description
Review and design architectural and engineering drawings.
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
Review detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
Develop ideas keeping in mind client s needs, building s usage and environmental impact.
Carry out architectural concept design for several projects.
Plan and design buildings and brainstorm project ideas
complete design drawings in AutoCAD and assist in reviewing project proposals, remaining a part of the process from conception through development.
Create proposals and complete construction paperwork for building.
Work on developing concepts (Schematic & development stages) Produce architectural & presentation detailed drawings Assists in compiling data for architectural plans,
specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc.
Assists in the preparation for plans for existing buildings where plans are not available.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
BSC Architecture
15+ Years Minimum Experience.
AutoCAD, BIM, sketching plans, working drawings
Extra requirements: 3Ds MAX.
Previous experience in an engineering consulting office is preferred
