Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Client Interface and Design Review Manager. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact between our company and our clients and their stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication and collaboration between all parties involved in the design review process.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary interface with the Client and their stakeholders, maintaining a positive and professional relationship at all times.
Track and report on the progress of design reviews, ensuring that all deadlines are met and any issues or delays are promptly addressed.
Manage change requests from the Client and their stakeholders, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and approved.
Conduct design reviews in accordance with established protocols and procedures, providing detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Review and approve design reviews conducted by other team members, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Communicate regularly with the Client and their stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
Work collaboratively with the project team to identify and resolve any design issues or conflicts that may arise during the review process.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve the design review process and make recommendations for enhancements or changes as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a design review or project management role with Water Infrastructure projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple design review projects simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of design review processes, procedures, and best practices.
Experience with change management and the ability to effectively manage and document changes throughout the design review process.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve design issues.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
