Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in graphic design, motion design, and animation, utilizing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, and Cinema 4D to deliver high-quality outputs across digital and printed formats.
- Support projects in all phases, including analysis, consulting, experimentation, workflow recommendations, implementation, and supervision of participants, ensuring alignment with project objectives and creative vision.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of AV Production/VFX and other senior specialists to facilitate cohesive project execution and ensure integration of design and animation elements.
- Maintain and update design and motion design software, hardware, and systems to ensure they remain current and effective in supporting project requirements.
- Organize technical training and workshops to provide learning opportunities for team members, enhancing their skills in graphic design, motion design, and animation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, and animation.
- Strong understanding of both digital and printed design processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and train team members.
Required Software Knowledge:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Blender
- Cinema 4D
