Designer

Become an active member of our design team through all phases of the process.
Under the direction of the Project Lead, perform the following:
Development of the initial phases of design, including evaluating client needs, programming, and space planning.
Development of 2D design concepts and planning strategies.
Assist with product, material, and finish selections.
Selection and specification of furnishings, artwork, accessories, and plants.
Development of effective 2D design representations including views, renderings, illustrations, and presentations.
Assist in the preparation of contract documents and furniture bid / specification documents.
Exercise independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and applying standard design techniques and procedures.
Assist with development of marketing pursuits.
Offset Printing (Brochures, Flyers, Catalogues, Posters, Montage & Packaging). Photo retouching - Final approval on all files before printing stage.
Create designs, die cuts and sample layouts. Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed. Create Visual Design for social media.
Create Video, Montage Videos and Editing.
Create Slide and Short Videos.
Shooting and Editing Photo and Videos.
Finalizing all types of printed material such as: BTL Production (POSMS, Gondolas, Floor Displays & Stands)

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Graphics, Engineering, or a related field.
Almost 1 year of experience in the field of advertising & printing.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
Creative mind.
Creative thinking with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
