Job Purpose:
Manage and support projects, being involved in full-cycle from generating ideas, to their implementation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities:
1- Develop and maintain the product development process.
2- Create and manage the product development pipeline.
3- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best strategies.
4- Provide leadership and support to members involved in the project.
5- Support the process for provision of guarantee / funding for product developed.
6- Provide recommending methodology according to product's needs, design submissions, and implementation.
7- Develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in product development and management to ensure that RCU is at the front of innovation in its target markets.
Managerial Responsibilities:
1- Provide input to the sector's strategy from the Department's or Section's perspective in line with RCU overall vision and mission.
2- Develop the Department's or Section's objectives, KPIs, annual operational plans and ensure plan execution is meeting the targets.
3- Contribute to the preparation of the Department's or Section's annual budget and monitor the financial performance of the Department or Section.
4- Implement and execute the Department's or Section's policies and procedures. Oversee the overall performance of the section and ensure KPI's are well developed, cascaded, communicated and monitored.
5- Ensure effective staffing, professional development and deployment of staff of the Department or Section in consultation with the Sector Executive or (Executive) Director.
Job Requirements:
Academic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration or any other related field (Masters Degree preferred)
Work Experience 6 years of relevant experience with 2 years in a managerial role.
Other Requirements:
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with standards, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
Strong data analysis skills.
