Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Sales Executive located in Cairo, Egypt.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients needs, challenges, and pain points, and articulate how our solutions can address them effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value proposition of our software solutions.
Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related commerce field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales, with 1-3 years of experience in software sales or a related industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
