Join our dynamic team as a Digital Campaign Specialist, where you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative DOOH advertising strategies tailored to our clients objectives. From coordinating campaign timelines to troubleshooting system issues and ensuring compliance with technical specifications, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful digital campaigns across various platforms and locations.
Role Requirements
- Candidate must be a Dubai resident.
- Develop and implement effective DOOH advertising strategies aligned with the client's goals and objectives.
- Plan and schedule campaign timelines, ensuring proper coordination with all teams and assets.
- Use CMS platform to schedule and configure digital signs.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
- Remote management of media players to install and configure Campaign Management Software.
- Replace faulty elements (media players, routers, LED Screens) if needed.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or supplier.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure that content is suitable for digital display and meets the technical requirements of the DOOH platform.
Your mission
- Monitor the performance of digital screens, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operation throughout the campaign.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Stay informed about regulations and guidelines related to outdoor advertising in different locations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the DOOH space.
- Explore and recommend innovative ideas to enhance the impact and effectiveness of campaigns.
Your Profile
- Understanding of digital advertising concepts, including programmatic advertising, targeting, and audience segmentation. Familiarity with digital signage technologies, content management systems, and other technical aspects of DOOH.
- Knowledge of outdoor advertising regulations, permits, and compliance requirements in various locations.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles is needed to collaborate effectively with creative teams and ensure visual content meets specifications.
- Previous experience managing digital signage software (Broadsign//Scala/MagicInfo/Novastar etc.) or audio/visual technology in an advertising or corporate environment is required.
- LCD/LED installation experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritize tasks based on organizational and customer expectations.
- Proactive and takes initiative to improve operational effectiveness.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
