Job Summary:We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Digital Content Specialist to join our team. This role requires a talented individual who can combine photography, photo editing, styling, and social media management to create compelling and cohesive visual content. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands current trends, and can effectively communicate a brand's story through visuals across various digital platforms.
- Photography: Capture high-quality photos that align with brand aesthetics, including product, lifestyle, and event photography.
Photo Editing: Edit photos to enhance quality, ensuring consistency in style, color correction, retouching, and resizing for various platforms.
- Styling and Creative Direction: Provide styling advice, including color coordination and pose guidance, to ensure visually appealing content.
Social Media Management: Plan, curate, and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to engage with target audiences and grow the brands online presence.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that align with overall brand goals and marketing objectives, ensuring consistency in visual messaging.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve content strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure all visual content aligns with branding and marketing campaigns.
Trend Awareness:
Stay updated on current trends in photography, styling, and social media to keep content fresh and relevant.
Proven experience in photography and photo editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) or similar editing tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation.
Excellent visual storytelling abilities with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to style shoots, including coordinating outfits, props, and backgrounds to achieve a cohesive look.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and report on performance metrics.
Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Experience with video editing and content creation.
Background in graphic design or visual arts.
Experience managing social media accounts for brands or influencers.
Degree in Radio and Television Editing and Directing, Advertising, or related fields preferred. However, candidates with significant creative flair and practical experience will be considered even without formal qualifications.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and feedback.
Familiarity with the entire short video production process, including pre-production scriptwriting, directing, and post-production editing.
