Job Purpose:

Provide essential administrative and clerical support, ensuring efficient office operations. This role manages scheduling, communication, and data handling with excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of administrative tasks, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the IT department and the successful execution of SAP projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Support project management tasks, including tracking progress and updating timelines.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of SAP projects.
  • Coordinate project-related activities and ensure timely communication between team members.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the IT department, SAP project teams, and other departments.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage documentation.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including logistics and preparation of meeting materials.
  • Maintain records and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 1 2 Years of experience in the same field.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a structured workflow.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Communication Skills.
