We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative digital customer communication specialist to join our team. The candidate must have experience in customer service and strong communication skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with current and potential customers via email, WhatsApp messages, and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Present and pitch the company's services to customers.
- Answer customer questions and handle their requests.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and qualify them.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback.
- Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram) to build a customer base and market services.
- Create engaging and eye-catching content on social media.
- Communicate with potential customers via email and WhatsApp messages.
- Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide detailed reports.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, and 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong social media skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
