Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a skilled digital team, ensuring high-quality execution of tasks within set timelines. Foster creativity, accountability, and excellence.
- Digital Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of digital campaigns across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and targeted audience engagement.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using KPIs and data analytics. Provide actionable insights and regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- SEO & SEM Management:
- Lead initiatives to optimize digital presence through effective SEO strategies and paid search campaigns, driving both organic and paid traffic growth.
- Social Media Strategy:
- Design and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and traffic across all social channels.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure digital efforts are fully integrated with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI from all campaigns.
General Tasks:
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in all client-facing digital outputs.
- Trend Analysis:
- Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, proactively implementing strategies that boost digital performance.
People Leadership:
- Team Development:
- Lead and cultivate the media planning unit, supporting team growth and ensuring excellence in digital campaign execution.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media partners, and internal teams to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Act as a key liaison between the digital team and other departments to ensure digital efforts align with overall company objectives.
