We are seeking a results-driven
Digital Manager (Part-Time) to oversee and execute the company's digital marketing strategy. This role is essential for driving online engagement, optimizing brand presence, and achieving key business objectives. The Digital Manager will manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising, ensuring they align with our brand voice and campaign goals. They will leverage data analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize reach and engagement. Additionally, the Digital Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive digital content, manage budgets for digital campaigns, and ensure compliance with digital standards and best practices across all platforms.
Digital Strategy Development: Design and implement an overarching digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, increasing brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Channel Management: Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels, including:
- Social Media: Develop and execute social media campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and customer retention strategies
- SEO: Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), ensuring they stay within budget and meet performance goals
Campaign Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms to track performance, generate reports, and analyze campaign effectiveness.
Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate the budget for all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.
Collaboration & Content Creation: Work with cross-functional teamssuch as marketing, creative, and productto develop and execute cohesive, brand-aligned digital content.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on campaigns and landing pages to determine the most effective strategies and optimize results.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging tools to enhance campaign strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and social media strategies
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
Technical Competencies: Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.
Creative Vision: Ability to develop innovative, engaging, and brand-aligned digital content.
Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across all digital content.
