Responsibilities
Perform operational tasks related to music service delivery on all digital platforms.
Coordinate with social media, YouTube CMS, digital media content ingestion and delivery.
Provide training to Digital Operations Executives and Music Team.
Demonstrated experience and a passion for the social technology universe (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Flickr, blogs, G+, LinkedIn, wikis, RSS, social bookmarking, discussion forums and community software).
Ensure timely delivery of content batches to the different clients according to the delivery plan.
Solve assigned content delivery incidents on time, document the solution, and conduct preventive actions if any to avoid service disruption.
Responsible for operation process optimization for digital channels including YouTube, Digital Media, social media and other optimization platforms.
Should solve daily music operation related issues.
Requirements:
Educated to a degree level preferably within a digital media or music environment.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
English proficiency is a must.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
Experience in market research and analysis.
Good knowledge and experience of using YouTube and other music platforms with extensive experience in monetization.
