Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing with experience in the travel and tourism industry. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Website Traffic Growth: Increase in organic traffic and user engagement on the company website.

  • Lead Generation: Number of qualified leads generated through digital marketing efforts.

  • Conversion Rate: Improvement in the conversion rate from digital campaigns (e.g., ad clicks to bookings).

  • Social Media Engagement: Growth in followers, likes, shares, and overall engagement across all platforms.

  • Return on Investment (ROI): Positive ROI from digital advertising campaigns.

  • Customer Satisfaction: High satisfaction ratings based on digital interactions and feedback.
  • Daily Tasks:

  • Manage and update the companys social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

  • Monitor online traffic and conversions using tools like Google Analytics.

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and reviews on digital platforms.

  • Track and report on website and social media performance metrics.
  • Weekly Tasks:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.

  • Create and schedule social media posts.

  • Coordinate with content creators to develop blog posts, articles, and other relevant content.

  • Review and update digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

  • Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monthly Tasks:

  • Review and adjust digital marketing strategies based on performance data and industry trends.

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.

  • Evaluate the performance of digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media ads.

  • Update and manage content on the companys website, ensuring it is fresh and relevant.
  • Annual Tasks:

  • Develop and present an annual digital marketing plan and budget to senior management.

  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of the digital marketing efforts and suggest improvements.

  • Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns in alignment with travel trends and peak seasons.

  • Engage in continuous learning and training sessions to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

  • Review and negotiate contracts with digital marketing vendors and agencies.
  • Education & Experience :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for travel and tourism.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tools & Applications Familiarity

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, SEM platforms).

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
