Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
Plan and execute digital marketing sales campaigns, including email, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing.- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Working with web designers and programmers to develop new website features.
Collaborate with external teams (agencies, influencers, and communities) for the execution of Digital campaigns.
· Work closely with agencies to create engaging and visually appealing graphic content for use in digital advertising.
· Assist in the planning and execution of Video shoots with bloggers, key accounts, and external clients.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all digital channels.
· Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum impact and cost-efficiency.
· A bachelors degree in marketing- · Proven experience of 5 years in digital marketing with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
· Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and insights, facilitating informed decision-making.
- · Preferably within the Fitness or Retail industry.
· Proficiency in utilizing UX principles to optimize website performance and enhance user experience.- · Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and experience in newsletter retargeting strategies.
· Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, including product management and promotional campaign setup.
