Job Description

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement, lead generation, and brand growth. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with extensive experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of successful online campaigns.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Identify and target key audience segments to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure optimal ROI and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Content Creation and Management:
Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all digital content.
  • SEO and SEM:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Email Marketing:
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and retain customers.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
Use digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Budget Management:
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful online campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
