Oversee user acquisition in Japan, ensuring performance, ROI, and cost targets are met.
Drive market growth in Japan, including but not limited to managing channels (FB, GG, TikTok, Line, etc.), localizing marketing efforts (online and offline events and branding), and collaborating across functions (product, operations, sales, etc.).
Develop and execute advertising strategies independently, including daily account management and optimization, to achieve better results at lower costs.
Conduct regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews to evaluate successes and failures, ensuring actionable items are followed up.
Stay informed about market trends and industry dynamics, provide deep insights into product development, and offer constructive feedback.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, with 3-5 years of experience in advertising, preferably in the Japanese market.
Experience in the education industry and a proven track record of launching campaigns from scratch is preferred.
Strong systematic thinking skills with a deep understanding and insight into growth strategies.
Highly attuned to market trends, capable of clearly identifying user needs and quickly translating them into effective advertising strategies.
Excellent data analysis and logical thinking skills, able to quickly pinpoint key factors; strong communication and coordination abilities to effectively collaborate with and manage both internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent in English or Chinese mandarin, able to use it as a working language; willingness to travel or accept overseas assignments is preferred.
