Job Description
Leads and manages digital marketing projects, programs, and efforts, including planning, budget and status reporting. Including, finding and identifying opportunities to develop successful digital strategies to achieve objectives
Plan and implement impactful and result-driven integrated campaigns that leverage multiple capabilities along the consumer decision journey, for build brand awareness and preference
Activate multiple digital capabilities and support digital transformation adoption to build comprehensive digital activation strategies, translating business metrics into digital KPIs, and using insights to build engaging digital content
Manages and coaches a team responsible for execution of Digital Marketing initiatives, both self-contained and in partnership with Corporate Marketing resources.
Owns the communication and coordination of digital marketing campaign plans, risks, and performance metrics to key stakeholders
Implements campaign market analysis and makes recommendations based on that analysis.
Monitors, analyzes, and reports digital marketing metrics and outcomes of marketing performance and programs. Also, determines tools required to support strategies
Facilitates digital marketing asset creation and development with internal teams and third-party vendors and manages agency relationships, ensuring alignment with brand standards and legal compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
8-10 years of experience
Personal execution experience with most of digital marketing pillars.
SEO previous usage and experience, dealing and handling website, development and e- commerce platform enhancement.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy, organization, and professionalism
Flexible under time requirements and changing deadlines
Must be a team player with the ability to work independently.
