Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

DECOGAL Co., the first and leading specialized digital platform in home accessories and decoration in Egypt, is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage our digital assets (Website/App/Social Media channels) strategy.

- Define and track key digital and social media KPIs.

- Oversee and manage digital and social media content.

- Execute the annual marketing strategy and budget process, ensuring optimal resource allocation and channel optimization for direct revenue.

- Measure the success of social media campaigns using a scorecard.

- Stay current with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure content meets standards and drives conversions.

- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.

- Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimization.

- Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media.

- Hire, train, and develop team members.

- Adhere to corporate rules and regulations.

- Present plans and results to Senior Management.

- Create and develop traditional organic and paid marketing campaigns.

- Generate and present innovative marketing ideas and strategies.

- Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences.

- Write and proofread diverse marketing materials.

- Produce creative content, including infographics, videos, and blog posts.

- Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.

- Maintain relationships with media vendors, suppliers, and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.

- Maintain and update the website and web analytics content.

- Implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

- Manage online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.

- Oversee customer service provided via social media and phone.

- Align company-wide content creation and advertising efforts.

- Ensure progress on all platforms using analytical tools such as Google Analytics.

- Evaluate market trends and understand the local web scene.

- Develop and optimize company website/mobile application content.

- Ensure a smooth and friendly user experience and meet sales targets through better UI/UX.

- Establish sales and marketing objectives, create sales plans, and prepare action plans for effective sales leads and prospects.

- Develop and manage social media strategy and customer care systems to measure effectiveness and satisfaction.

- Full P&L management and accountability for the Marketing business unit.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Graduate from a Business School with a Marketing/Digital profile.

- Solid experience in Marketing/Digital Strategy Consulting, preferably in the home furniture & dcor FMCG/Retail industry.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the E-commerce field.

- Excellent marketer and communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Proven team-builder with highly developed management skills and a strong people orientation.

- Self-starter capable of working both independently and as part of a team, often under tight deadlines.

- High proficiency in spoken and written English & Arabic.

- Computer literate with experience in integrated computer systems and software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Oracle, other ERP systems).
