RIBAMBELLE is hiring a Head of Digital Marketing. Day-to-day, Digital Marketing manager will manage RIBAMBELLE's social media, along with the marketing team, create email blast campaigns to target key customers, as well as delegate responsibilities to members of the marketing team, whilst staying up to date on the latest social media trends.

Objectives of this Role
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for our company.
- Establish and carry out a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
- Work with a marketing team and other stakeholders to maintain our company's digital
- presence
- Maintain a consistent brand message across all social platforms
- Identify, analyse, and measure trends and content to assess how well it's performing and
- optimise user experience
- Responsibilities
- Research, track, and analyse consumer behaviours and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
- Manage content for our social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and
- marketing techniques
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns,
- including ROIs and KPIs
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in our marketing
- campaigns
- Handle the setting up of the CRM system and related integrations
- Prepare online dashboards related to CRM system uploads
Skills and qualifications
- 3-5 Years of Experience as Head of Digital Marketing
- Previous experience in F&B, Children's events and/or Fashion isn't required but appreciated
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
- Ability to analyse consumer metrics, reports, and trends
- Experience with CRM systems, setting up pipeline, triggers and integrations
- Strong project management and managerial skills
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
- Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software
- Experience with SEO, SMM and SERM strategy and keyword research
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Meta
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
