Job Summary:
Digital Marketing Manageris responsible for planning, implementing,managingand monitoring company'sDigital assets Website/App/Social Mediachannels, strategy & budget in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create, develop, implement and manage ourWebsite/App/social media strategy.
Define most important Digital/social media KPI's.
Manage and oversee Digital/social media content.
Manage & execute the annual marketing strategy AOP and budget process, consulting to ensure channel optimization for direct revenue, resource allocation, risk identification and new business opportunities.
Measure the success of every social media campaign based on a scorecard.
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is up to standards leading to conversions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development Agency/teams.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Hire and train others in the team.
Adhere to corporate rules and regulations.
Present to Senior Management.
Creating and developing traditional organic and paid marketing campaigns.
Generating and presenting ideas and strategies.
Running promotional activities
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
Writing and proofreading diverse marketing materials (leaflet, press releases, website material, advertising material, etc.).
Producing creative content including infographics, videos and blog posts.
Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.
Maintaining relationships with media vendors, suppliers & publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
Maintaining website and web analytics contents & creating online activities.
Maintaining and updating customer databases
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
Managing customer service provided via social media & phone by engaging with the executive secretary.
Aligning employees company-wide on content creation & ads.
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
Evaluate market trends and develop strong understanding of the local web scene.
Develop and optimize company's Website/mobile application content and localize new mobile applications.
Ensure a smooth and friendly user experience and responsible for sales targets of the products through e-commerce better UI/UX
Establish sales/marketing objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts and prepare actions plans for effective sales leads and prospects.
Develop and manage social media strategy for online networks and develop customer care systems to measure effectiveness, customer satisfaction and corrective actions.
Full P&L management & accountability for the Marketing business unit.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You are a Graduate from a Business School (Marketing/Digital profile).
Solid Experience in Marketing/Digital,Strategy Consulting,preferably in the same industry of home furniture & dcor FMCG/ Retail industry.
3-5 years plus in E-commerce field.
An excellent marketer, communicator, with good interpersonal and organizational skills, you are a team-builder, and you are keen to develop and strengthen within his/her own team.
You have highly developed management skills and a strong people orientation. A self-starter, you possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, often to tight deadlines.
A high level of proficiency in spoken and written English & Arabic is essential for this role.
You are computer literate and experienced in integrated computer systems and have a working knowledge of software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Oracle, other ERP systems).
