We are looking for an enthusiastic multi-tasker with attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a can-do attitude, to join us as a Digital Marketing Manager. The role will be supporting the team in delivering tangible business results to a set of defined KPIs.
Your impact
- Work with the rest of the team to create, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various channels and networks (search, paid social, display, native, programmatic, etc.)
- Regularly carry out research regarding keywords, audiences, and competitors in order to generate actionable insights for our paid marketing strategy
- Develop & test best-in-class ad copy and landing pages that will support our conversion rate optimization efforts
- Monitor and forecast campaign expenses to ensure budget pacing is on track against targets
- Assist in establishing a top marketing tech stack (CRM, Google Analytics, etc.) that will support our performance optimization efforts
- Generate ad hoc reports and maintain internal dashboards in order to identify potential opportunities and areas of improvement regarding campaign performance
- Troubleshoot issues related to data consistency and campaign performance in order to take corrective action
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in Digital Performance Marketing, preferably in an eCommerce environment
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Youtube, Google Tag Manager
- Strong data analysis skills
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering/IT/Science from
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and multitasking
- Great communicator, friendly and approachable
- Confident and ambitious with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
