We are searching for a DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Part of the Global Marketing Group, based in Cairo, Egypt
You will produce, execute and evaluate digital and social marketing campaigns, engage relevant audiences and drive engagement and consumption.
Your role will focus on expanding the brand's digital presence through innovation, social media and content marketing.
You will work closely with global agencies and key market partners to implement new ideas and digital partnerships. A passion for lifestyle, music, sports, fashion and emerging social trends is essential for success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the global marketing team to align social media strategy with global vision and business goals and broader marketing initiatives across all digital assets.
Build and manage the global and regional social media content calendar.
Monitor social media channels and respond aptly to inquiries and comments.
Manage media campaigns, spends, targeting, and reporting of initiatives.
Track and analyse social media and optimize using data-driven insights.
Oversee community management and consumer engagement.
Maintain and update digital assets while focusing on user experience.
Identify and recommend innovative programs and partnerships.
Manage reporting and analytics to ensure strategies meet goals and KPIs.
Engage with influencers, communities and manage partner relations.
Support the brand team in executing overall marketing initiatives.
Manage talent partnerships contractual deliverables, including photoshoots, social rollouts and media requests.
Work with local sampling team to fulfill product requests for seeding and ensure alignment with brand priorities.
Assist in product placement with talent during high-visibility, PR-worthy cultural moments, collaborating cross-functionally to maximize placement via social media and media channels.
Develop and nurture relationships with talent and influencer teams, managers, agents, representatives, stylists, and publicists to identify potential partnerships and opportunities to develop content.

SHORTLIST CRITERIA
Arabic Speaker, fluent in spoken and written English, with a minimum 5-year experience in digital marketing and social media within a fast-paced environment. Understands and worked with different Arabic dialects.
Bachelor's degree in digital or social media marketing, communications or a related field.
Proven success with projects in developing multi-channel digital campaigns and localizing global campaigns.
Proficient in key social media platforms, content creation and best practices.
Hands on with Adobe tools and analytics understanding of SEO, SEM, Display, and Affiliate Marketing.
Highly active on social media and curious about new digital trends.
Proficient in tools such as Later, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager; basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Suite.
DESIRABLES
Works with or worked on Lifestyle, sports or athletic sportswear brands and developed campaigns.
Worked within the creative function/space in an organization.
Worked for or worked with a Lifestyle global/regional publication or social media technology companies
Conversational knowledge of Spanish, German and/or other languages.
