Job Description

Role Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work to create compelling strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to drive measurable results and ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, social media ads, and retargeting campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets to support marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to track effectiveness and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Profile:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications is desirable.
