Role:Digital Marketing Manager

Type of Employment: Full-time

Location: Remote (Saudi)

Experience level:Minimum 4 years in various digital marketing channels, such as SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.

Role Mission & Competencies Required:

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various online channels. This involves overseeing campaigns, analyzing performance data, optimizing tactics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals, including but not limited to:

Strategy Development & Strategic Thinking

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Devise effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Campaign Management

  • Manage online campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).
  • Apply SEO and SEM best practices to optimize campaign performance.

Content Creation

  • Create compelling digital content through strong writing and editing skills.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.

Performance Metrics, Analysis & Analytical Skills

  • Track, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics (ROI, CPA, conversion rates, engagement).
  • Use data-driven insights to assess campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.

Budget Management & Project Management

  • Allocate and manage budgets across digital marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work with cross-functional teams (sales, content, design) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Leadership & Team Mentoring

  • Lead and mentor digital marketing teams, providing guidance and motivation to achieve team objectives.
  • Inspire and support team members while overseeing their professional development.

Communication Skills

  • Effectively convey marketing strategies, results, and ideas through clear verbal and written communication.

Trend Monitoring & Adaptability

  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Adjust strategies based on emerging trends and evolving digital marketing technologies.

Regional Marketing Insights

  • Possess knowledge of local markets, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior, especially in Saudi Arabia.
  • Familiarity with popular regional platforms and marketing channels.

Digital Marketing Tools & Platforms

  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media advertising platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.
