OSCAR,a leading company in curtains, textiles and furniture is looking for a full time Digital Marketing Manager with minimum 5 years of experience in the field to join the team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and optimizing online platforms to drive success. With skills in digital advertising, social media and web analytics, the candidates will be responsible also for developing and implementing our social media strategy to boost online presence and help achieve business goal.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts and create content that engages followers and drive traffic to our front door.
- Oversee the execution of promotional campaigns on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok).
- Perform and monitor social media advertisement campaigns and Google ads.
- Establish marketing strategy for the company as well as online campaigns.
- Contribute to the strategic process and suggesting new service offerings and improvements.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media and lead generation campaigns.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Create and manage the production of marketing communications and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for revenue growth by conducting market research and analysis.
- Set targets and submit data reports to ensure consistent performance of campaigns.
- Carry out research on market trends, market opportunity, and competitor analysis to inform future value propositions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Track valuable industry events.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
Qualifications
- BA in Business Administration or equivalent, MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field. Experience in IT field is a privilege.
- Excellent Communication, Creativity and Analytical skills.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Fluency in spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E-mail applications.
- Strong personal organization and project management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
