Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products/services. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in current digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies, and will be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:

- Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality, engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure brand consistency and drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM management, and lead nurturing processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Expertise in HubSpot, including automation workflows, CRM management, and lead nurturing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
