Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing & Media Buying position at HEXA HR Solution located in Cairo, Nasr City. The Digital Marketing & Media Buying will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop media buying strategies to reach target audiences effectively within budget constraints. Identify and recommend the most suitable digital advertising channels (e.g., SEM, Display Ads, Social Media Ads) based on campaign goals and target audience.
- Content Management: Oversee a team of content creators and moderators, ensuring consistent brand voice, quality content creation, and effective community management.
- Channel Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize campaign performance (paid and organic) to maximize ROl.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Provide training, guidance, and support to content creators and moderators, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Negotiation & Procurement: Negotiate ad rates and contracts with vendors to secure the best possible deals for paid advertising placements.
Qualifications
Digital Marketing & Media Buying Expertise:
- Experience developing and executing digital advertising campaigns across various channels (e.g., Search Engine
- Marketing (SEM), Display Advertising, Social Media Advertising)
- Proven ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance for maximum return on investment (ROI)
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPls) for campaign success
- Experience negotiating ad rates and contracts with media vendors to secure cost-effective placements
- Knowledge of current digital advertising trends and best practice
Content Management Skills:
- Experience overseeing and providing guidance to a team of content creators (writers, graphic designers, etc.)
- Ability to ensure consistent brand voice, quality content creation, and effective community management across digital platforms
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) used for scheduling and publishing content
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with content creation tools like video editing software or social media scheduling platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage internal teams and external vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in content and advertising strategies
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
