Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and automate the performance metrics of digital marketing efforts, measuring ROI and results against established KPIs
  • Experience in building end-to-end customer journeys and relevant campaigns to drive acquisition
  • Experience with Direct paid social campaigns with experience with attribution, conversion tracking, and optimizing towards KPI goals.
  • Data Reporting and Insights Sharing: Produce and analyze digital marketing analytics reports, sharing actionable insights with the team to inform optimization strategies
  • Manage & executing Facebook Ads and other paid channels, have a clear methodology concerning customer acquisition.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them when appropriate.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently and effectively.
  • Mentor and guide the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Coordinate with agencies and third party agencies and handlers in order to secure a smooth and efficient work flow and maintain smooth deadlines.

Requirements

  • Position Title: Digital Marketing Section Head
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree preferably in digital engineering
  • Required Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Technological Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various online marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC, Media Buying, websites CMS)
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Management, Google Search Console)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines SNS platforms and systems.

Language Requirements: Excellent command of English
