Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and automate the performance metrics of digital marketing efforts, measuring ROI and results against established KPIs
- Experience in building end-to-end customer journeys and relevant campaigns to drive acquisition
- Experience with Direct paid social campaigns with experience with attribution, conversion tracking, and optimizing towards KPI goals.
- Data Reporting and Insights Sharing: Produce and analyze digital marketing analytics reports, sharing actionable insights with the team to inform optimization strategies
- Manage & executing Facebook Ads and other paid channels, have a clear methodology concerning customer acquisition.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them when appropriate.
- Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently and effectively.
- Mentor and guide the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Coordinate with agencies and third party agencies and handlers in order to secure a smooth and efficient work flow and maintain smooth deadlines.
Requirements
- Position Title: Digital Marketing Section Head
- Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree preferably in digital engineering
- Required Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Technological Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various online marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC, Media Buying, websites CMS)
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Management, Google Search Console)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines SNS platforms and systems.
