Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and develop effective digital marketing strategies
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising
- Paid ad campaign Execution & Management (Google Ads, META Ads, LinkedIn Ads Etc)
- Email marketing campaign strategy & management (Both Outbound and Inbound Re-targeting)
- Email Automation & Journey setup (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot Etc)
- Maximize ROI and achieve business objectives (All Paid channels like Google Ads, Social Media Ads etc)
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Website, Ads & Emailers optimization through A/B testing/analytics
- Advanced Analyzes and Reporting (GA4, Heat maps and behavioral recordings (Mouseflow/Lucky Orange)
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue generated from digital marketing efforts
- PPT Presentation, Excel Reporting, Google Data Studio and Power Bi
Qualification and Experience:
- Must have a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
