Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and execute effective digital marketing and social media plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build, maintain and optimize the company's online presence within each digital platform.
- Measure all digital marketing activities & performance, assess them against plans and goals (using benchmarking / KPIs)
- Identify trends, insights, optimize performance and budget based on insights
- Design customer acquisition strategies for the company's different digital channels
- Create, measure, and optimize digital campaigns across different channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google...etc.)
- Evaluate customer segments and create different customers segmentations based on our personas
- Monitor competitors activities, gather insights and recommend strategies based on insights and numbers.
- Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Develop digital PR communication plan including goals, budget and tactics based on the yearly marketing plan.
- Develop and maintain effective contacts with a wide range of digital and digital PR agencies.
- Develop a range of digital publications to promote the organization and its marketing messages.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier work flow, within the main frame of the job's specialty.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree, marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same real estate digital field.
3.Good knowledge of the organization.
