Role Description
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Create and manage digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and optimize campaigns.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for our website, social media, and other digital platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in the real estate industry.- Analyze campaign performance with precision, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous optimization.
Direct the creation of high-impact marketing materials, including premium brochures, website content, videos, and social media content.
- Ensure all content is in line with the companys brand identity and effectively communicates our unique value proposition.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.- Experience in lead generation and marketing
Proficiency in web analytics tools
Experience in creating and managing campaigns(Google Ads & Meta)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
