Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling marketing materials and executing digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
  • Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print media including banners, brochures, logos, flyers, and social media graphics.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all designs and materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, design, and performance tracking.
Optimize social media content for engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Website and SEO:
  • Design and update website graphics, ensuring optimal user experience and brand consistency.
Implement SEO best practices to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with the development team to enhance website design and functionality.
Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging visuals and multimedia content for social media, blogs, and other online platforms.
Create and edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns as needed.
Brand Management: Assist in maintaining and enhancing the brands online and offline presence.
  • Ensure that all marketing communications are aligned with the brand guidelines and business goals.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred Skills:
Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
Experience in photography and videography.
  • Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:
  • Digital marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
