Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our agency partnerships and drive our marketing initiatives. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in agency management, marketing strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will establish the marketing department and be responsible for hiring and coordinating with marketing agencies and external partners, ensuring alignment and driving results in the competitive Riyadh market.
Key Responsibilities:
Agency Management:
- Identify, vet, and select suitable marketing agencies to support our objectives
- Manage agency relationships, serving as the primary point of contact
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints
- Address and resolve performance issues promptly and effectively
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive strategies leveraging both in-house resources and agency expertise
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, and local advertising
- Conduct market research to inform strategy and guide agency briefings
- Analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization
Digital Marketing Leadership:
- Lead our digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
- Stay abreast of digital trends and implement innovative approaches
Collaboration and Communication:
- Bridge internal teams and external agencies
- Clearly communicate marketing goals, progress, and results to all stakeholders
- Translate complex marketing concepts for non-marketing audiences
Innovation and Trend Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze marketing trends, particularly in the automotive and tire industry
- Propose and implement innovative approaches to differentiate LEZOF in the market
Project Management:
- Utilize project management methodologies to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years managing agency relationships
- Proven track record of successful marketing strategies in the automotive or related industries
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, particularly Riyadh
- Fluency in Arabic and English (native or near-native proficiency)
