About the Company:

At Maharah, we work on elevating the human resources sector in the region by providing manpower services for the public and private sectors and meeting the needs of the local market through an integrated service, including the services of the business sector, the individuals sector, Esnad Maharah Nationalization Program and the talent hub platform services. Maharah aims to provide the market with national and foreign manpower, highly qualified in more than 280 professions, as well as providing innovative solutions to human resources departments in various sectors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  2. Content Creation: Developing engaging content for various digital platforms such as websites, social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Optimizing website content and structure to improve organic search rankings.
  4. SEM (Search Engine Marketing): Managing paid advertising campaigns on search engines like Google Ads.
  5. Social Media Marketing: Planning and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  6. Email Marketing: Designing and sending targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics to optimize strategies.
  8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Improving website elements to increase the percentage of visitors who take a desired action.
  9. Mobile Marketing: Creating campaigns tailored for mobile devices and apps.
  10. Affiliate Marketing: Managing partnerships with affiliates to promote products or services.
  11. Online Reputation Management: Monitoring and responding to online reviews and mentions to maintain a positive brand image.
  12. Marketing Automation: Implementing tools to automate repetitive marketing tasks such as email scheduling and lead nurturing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • 3 years of experience with SEO and Digital Marketing
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
