Requirements
- Develop, implement, and optimize SEM campaigns on Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions
- Manage and optimize app campaigns to increase app installs and user engagement
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEM strategies with broader digital marketing efforts and business objectives
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEM and digital advertising
- Assist in other digital marketing activities, including social media advertising and app campaigns
- Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders
- Manage budgets and optimize spend across various digital marketing channels to ensure maximum ROI
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign effectiveness
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Effectively collaborate with other teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of campaigns with overall digital strategy
- Identify new platforms, tech, and audiences to drive our social offering forward, keeping up with market trends and developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SEM, primarily with Google Ads
- Proven experience in managing app campaigns
- Familiarity with other digital marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Google Ads certification is a plus
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
