We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies and compelling campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, encompassing social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Create and manage high-performing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and others, optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Engaging, visually appealing, and SEO-optimized content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
- Leverage graphic design skills to produce compelling visual assets that enhance brand storytelling and resonate with target audiences.
- Analyze and interpret digital marketing data, KPIs, and campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, generating actionable insights and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital & Social marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices, continuously optimizing and innovating strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like creative, analytics, and technology to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand consistency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and eCommerce.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software, and design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
