This role requires a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies, media buying, and performance tracking to effectively optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
This remote position offers flexibility while collaborating closely with our global marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Managemedia buyingcampaigns, including budgeting, ad placement, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
- Design and execute targeted advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and product managers to produce high-quality ad creatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms to ensure KPIs are met.
- Continuously research industry trends, market changes, and competitors to inform strategy adjustments.
- Create detailed reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Optimize content for SEO, SEM, and user engagement across platforms.
- Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and results align with business goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ yearsof professional experience in digital marketing, with proven success inmedia buying.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major advertising platforms.
- Experience in creating and optimizing ad campaigns forperformance marketingwith a focus on maximizing ROI.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and content optimization techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
