Role Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. You will be responsible for managing various digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum impact.
- Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive online growth.
- Create and manage campaigns across multiple digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement social media content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media trends and implement best practices to stay ahead of industry changes.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Create compelling and engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
- Oversee content calendars and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
- SEO and SEM:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website.
- Manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, to maximize ROI and increase visibility in search engine results.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing efforts and achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media and content marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and SEO tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing or social media are a plus.
