Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead our digital marketing efforts and oversee the execution of online campaigns. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across various platforms, ensuring maximum engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Campaign Management:
- Supervise the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across all channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, PPC, and content marketing.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, content creators, and designers.
- Conduct training and performance evaluations to enhance team members skills and performance.
- Content Strategy:
- Oversee content creation for social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and resonates with target audiences.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies for improved results.
- Track key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI.
- Allocate resources effectively across different digital channels.
- SEO & SEM Optimization:
- Oversee the implementation of SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.
- Manage SEM campaigns, ensuring efficient bidding strategies and ad placements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience from 8 to 10 years in digital marketing, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, PPC, email marketing, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
