Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate: Foster a collaborative, high-performing digital marketing team. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are equipped for success.

- Strategic Visionary: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Stay ahead of industry trends and identify innovative growth opportunities.

- Campaign Mastermind: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and analysis. Manage budgets efficiently and maximize ROI.

- Data-Driven Decisions: Translate campaign data into actionable insights and use them to refine strategy and tactics. Generate comprehensive reports with key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Channel Champion: Possess a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and content marketing.

- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and implement the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role in marketing agency.

- Proven track record of success in developing, executing and analyzing high-performing digital marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, SEM, SEO, email marketing, content marketing).

- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

- Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- 8-hour workdays (10 - 6 )

- 5 working days per week (Friday & Saturday off)
