Job Description: -

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance-based campaigns.

Proven track record of leading and managing digital marketing teams.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).

Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Arabic is essential.

Desired Skills:

Experience in the insurance industry or a similar regulated sector.

Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Experience with data-driven attribution modeling.
