About the job:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Performance Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, ad accounts, and ad sets, and be proficient in tracking daily leads through platforms and CRM systems. This role requires close collaboration with clients, the performance team, and the creative team to ensure optimal campaign performance and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Manage the process of paid social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) with Performance team.
- Collaborate with Media Buying Team to Optimize ad accounts and ad sets to achieve performance targets.
- Track and analyze daily leads and ROI using client CRM systems.
- Collaborate with clients daily to understand their business goals and develop strategies to meet them.
- Work closely with the performance team (Media Buyers) to track client performance and ensure monthly targets are met.
- Allocate spending across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Manage the process of uploading client campaigns on their website, coordinating with the web admin to ensure timely and accurate updates.
- Assign the teams to prepare the reports and present performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Work closely with the creative team (AD Copy and Art Team) to develop engaging ad creatives that meet client expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Manage budgets and conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing paid social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, ad accounts, and ad sets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (Oracle, Odoo) for lead tracking and ROI analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics tools.
